Our Lady of Sorrows
NOVENA TO OUR LADY OF SORROWS – PETITION LEAFLETS
We will celebrate our Novena this year, from Thursday 7th September until Friday 15th September. The first three days of the Novena will be preached by Fr. Aidan O'Kane. The Passionist Community of Saint Mungo's will preach the fourth to the seventh sorrow of Our Lady and the two major feasts we celebrate at the end of the Novena - The Exhaltation of the Holy Cross and Our Lady of Sorrows will be celebrated by Fr Aidan Troy.
Novena Prayers will be said and the Novena petition leaflets are available now on the tables at the back of the church.
Donations should be placed in the envelope provided and placed in the big box at the back of the church. Petitions can also be submitted online. They will be easily identifiable from other donations.
We will have a short period of Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament after the Novena weekday evening sessions, ending with the Night Prayer of the Church (Compline)
